By creating an account or using MeowPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
  • You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Use of the service

MeowPay is a tool to help groups record and settle shared expenses. We are not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter. Actual money movement happens through your chosen bank or e-wallet; MeowPay only surfaces QR codes and tracks status.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the bills, comments, and data you put into MeowPay. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to you and the people you share it with, solely for operating the service.

5. Prohibited uses

  • Fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
  • Uploading malware, attempting to compromise other accounts, or interfering with the service.
  • Scraping, reselling, or automating MeowPay without written permission.

6. Termination

Chấm dứt

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Closing your account does not erase historical bills shared with other users.

7. Disclaimer & liability

MeowPay is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including missed or incorrect payments made through third-party banking apps.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
